Culinary Forum at the 2007 ACF National Convention
On Tuesday, July 24, at 8 a.m., culinary students are invited to join
Edward Leonard, CMC, AAC, executive chef at Westchester Country Club,
Rye, N.Y., and Joseph Leonardi, department chair/assistant professor at
Johnson & Wales University College of Culinary Arts, Providence,
R.I., for a instructional demonstration and Q&A seminar covering
proper cold-food-salon presentation techniques.
In addition, attendees will enjoy brunch prepared by Jon D. Espelage,
executive chef of the Orlando World Center Marriott.
