WHO:
American Culinary Federation, Inc. (ACF), the premier professional
organization for culinarians in America with nearly 20,000 members
spanning more than 230 chapters nationwide. ACF is the culinary leader
in offering educational resources, training, apprenticeship and
accreditation and operates the most comprehensive certification program
for chefs in the United States. The ACF membership is comprised of
culinarians of all skill levels from student to master chef, and
culinarian disciplines including foodservice, restaurants and bakeries,
