I have great news. Sizzle: The American Culinary Federation
Quarterly for Students of Cooking is now exclusively available
online and is accessible to everyone, compliments of ACF. I encourage
you to look at the Summer issue and share it with your colleagues and
students.
Sizzle is the only magazine in the United States
specifically targeting culinary, baking and pastry students. The
editorial includes articles on emerging job markets, mentoring,
continuing education, culinary trends, scholarship information, and
culinary and pastry techniques.
