Host An Exam
If you are hosting a practical exam, please fill out and return the
Request to
Schedule an ACF Practical Examination at least 8 weeks prior to the
exam date.
Practical Exam Reference Guide
The Practical
Exam Administrator Guide is a “living” manual, updated
periodically with practical exam policies, procedures and forms.
- Candidate
Practical Exam Feedback Form - During the critique the candidate
shall be given a verbal explanation and a written summary (highlighting
accomplishments and deficiencies) of their performance.
- Waiver
and Hold Harmless Release - Most facilities and/or events require a
release waiver from participants. As test site administrator and liaison
to the facility, you may utilize their form or feel free to use this
generic release form.
CEC® Score Sheet
List of Approved Certification Evaluator (ACE)
To stay current ACEs agree to attend a yearly refresher course and
evaluate at least one practical each calendar year. For a current list of approved
evaluators.
