Knowledge Bowl Judging

Lend your knowledge and expertise to the future of the culinary arts. Become a Knowledge Bowl judge and you will be shaping future culinary professionals while earning continuing education hours to put towards upgrading or renewing your ACF certification.

Requirements

• Certified executive chef (CEC)
• Certified executive pastry chef (CEPC)
• and/or Certified culinary educator (CCE)

Candidates must attend a designated ACFEF Baron H. Galand Culinary Knowledge Bowl training session for judges. Approved judges are selected for a particular competition and must attend the scheduled competition briefing at their designated ACF Regional Conference or the ACF National Convention.
