Educator Development Series
A collection of instructional courses designed to help educators hone
the skills needed to demonstrate proficiency in educational theories,
teaching and learning processes, and human dynamics. While the program
was developed for culinary educators seeking ACF Certification, the
components address the disciplines common to professional educators.
Anyone in the education field is encouraged to attend. ($7,500)
Career Development Series
Focusing on the areas of Culinary Nutrition, Food Sanitation and
Safety, Culinary Business Management and Supervision, and Lifestyle
Enrichment, this series includes refresher courses needed to maintain
certification points. It also offers additional program-delivery formats
(seminars, lectures and workshops) designed to improve one's overall
knowledge and skill base,marketability within the foodservice industry,
and personal and professional growth. ($6,000/each)
Skills for Culinarians Day
Showcases the best chefs throughout the world in unique seminars and
demonstrations designed to highlight new and exciting cooking
techniques.The day-long series incorporates a teaching format, with
interaction between the presenters and attendees. (Title Sponsor:
$50,000; Tiered Sponsors: $20,000)
