President's Grand Ball

Open to all convention attendees, the President's Grand Ball is a black-tie event recognizing the Chef of the Year, Pastry Chef of the Year, Chef Educator of the Year, Student Culinarian of the Year and Student Team Competition award recipients. The Grand Ball is second in attendance only to our annual Trade Show.
