Want to sharpen your competitive edge? Submit a
recipe for one of the following table-side style competitions. If your
recipe is chosen you’ll have the opportunity to show your stuff at
the regional conference. Regional winners advance to the national
convention in July.

As part of the long-term planning, the American Culinary Federation
is inviting submissions from properties that are interested in hosting
