Call for Competitors!

Want to sharpen your competitive edge? Submit a recipe for one of the following table-side style competitions. If your recipe is chosen you’ll have the opportunity to show your stuff at the regional conference. Regional winners advance to the national convention in July.

Watch the best chefs in the region compete in the Baron H. Galand Culinary Knowledge Bowl, Chef of the Year Competition, Pastry Chef of the Year, Student Chef of the Year and other team competitions.
