AAC Demo - The Art of Cooking

The Art of Cooking is a 60-minute cooking demonstration by AAC
Fellows from the region, emphasizing their own culinary forte assisted
by a student culinarian. Join Chef Brevery as he takes a closer look at
proper method of preserving with vinegar and alcohol. See how to pickle
vegetables in a sauce, vegetables in vinegar or olive oil, and fruits in
alcohol, to enhance the flavor.
