Continuing Education Hours (CEH)

ACF recertification requires professional development activities, documented as CEH’s, which keep certified cooks and chefs current in culinary trends and business practices.

  • Only certified ACF members are able to track their CEH’s online via their member profile.
  • Certificants must still complete the recertification application. Online tracking does not eliminate this requirement.
  • Certified chefs can submit professional development activities for their tracking list via the form located in each member profile.
  • Only 80 CEH’s, earned within five years of recertification date, are required. CEH’s are purged from online member profiles after five years so save time by only sending documentation for the required amount.
